Personal Safety for Lone Workers and Managers
This one day course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to act appropriately in circumstances where you feel at risk, and recognise the early warning signs of confrontation, enabling you to de-fuse and de-escalate a situation. It will help identify best practice and comply with relevant legislation such as the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act (2007) and the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
