Rebecca Mollart Chief Executive
Rebecca has been in the sector for over 30 years. In addition to being erosh CEO, she is a consultant specialising in skills, management, and organisational development; teaching and assessment, mainly for the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH); and supported housing.
Rebecca is a qualified teacher with a postgraduate diploma in housing, a CIH Fellow, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and Chwarae Teg mentor; and has previously been a board member at Rooftop Housing.

Kate Chapman Membership and Finance Administrator
Kate is our membership and finance administrator working for us in a part-time capacity, she will be your first point of contact whatever you want to speak about when you call or email erosh.
Kate previously ran her own training company for 20 years and has extensive experience in business and charity administration.
Alison Braithwaite Marketing, PR and Website Manager
Alison is our marketing, PR and website manager working for us in a part-time capacity.
She has supported an array of other charities and small businesses as a marketing consultant based in the north Cotswolds for over 14 years. Prior to that Alison worked in various sales and marketing roles for tech giant IBM in the UK, Germany and the USA.
