ERoSH signs up to Age Action Alliance

ERoSH has pledged its commitment to creating neighbourhoods where older people are secure, valued and able to make a contribution to their local communities and wider society.

We have signed up to the Age Action Alliance which is a partnership of organisations from civil society and the public and private sectors coming together to celebrate the lives of older people and their contribution on society.

The Department of Work and Pensions is supporting Age UK to form the Alliance, which will see organisations working together to use a diverse range of skills to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged older people and prevent deprivation in later life.

Director of Policy for ERoSH Rebecca Mollart said: “We have chosen to support theAllianceas a lot of the key messages are aligned with what ERoSH seeks to champion with its members in the older people’s housing and support sector.”

“We are pleased to be a part of this community and look forward to working with members of the Age Action Alliance to take this work forward.”

We will keep you updated on the work we are involved in with theAlliance.
