Erosh’s new website is proving a useful tool for members as they reap the benefits of the ‘policy and practice portal’ and put questions to our panel of experts.
Both Members and non-members have contacted us via the Ask erosh with queries on a variety of housing and support related topics this month.
Topics we have received questions on have included hoarding in sheltered housing schemes, recruitment and selection of scheme managers, using schemes for community activities and types of accommodation available for older people.
We will reply to any questions posted to us via the Ask erosh page and where possible we are going to look at developing good practice guidance and case studies on some of the issues that we are regularly asked about.
Our panel of experts are on hand to help you and your staff with any housing and support services related queries, so don’t hesitate to ask!
We have been delighted with the feedback from people on the new website and we will continue to look at ways to develop it to meet our members’ needs. So keep an eye out.
