Erosh and Housemark will be running a workshop on housing for older people, covering a number of key areas and issues for landlords.
We are pleased to tell you that the workshop will be chaired by Rebecca Mollart, our director of policy. There will be guest speakers presenting at the workshop including Domini Gunn, erosh chair and CIH director of health and wellbeing; Sharon Wheeler, also from CIH; Val Bagnall, Director, Sentinel Housing; and Vicki Howe & Carole Halfacre from HouseMark.
The event is being held on November 28 in Coventry from 10am (registration at 9.30am) until 4pm.
The workshop will cover:
- remodelling of services for older people
- welfare reform and the implications for older pepole
- satisfaction and tenant involvement
- measuring service quality through the new CIH Service Quality Tool
- a participatory workshop for delegates discussing the issues above.

This workshop is aimed at staff who work on or have an interest in housing for older people. The workshop is open to all HouseMark and erosh members.
The delegate fee is £175 plus VAT. Lunch and handouts will be provided.
