Age UK is no longer providing the dispute resolution service formerly known as AIMS (Advice, Information and Mediation Service).
Age UK will now be signposting enquiries to either community mediation services, the National Mediation helpline, or to SCRC. Age UK will continue to provide housing information, advice and casework.
AIMS consultant mediators have set up SCRC Mediation Service specifically to continue the work that AIMS did to resolve conflicts in retirement communities. SCRC can be contacted on 020 3327 0366 or via its website.
